Richardson Texas Real EstateRICHARDSON (dallasnews.com) – Lakeside Tower, an eight-story building once occupied by Nortel, sold this week. Stream Realty Partners LP purchased the 200,000-square-foot project at 2350 Lakeside Drive for an undisclosed amount from Miranda Office Partners. Over the next three months, Stream Realty will renovate the Telecom Corridor building, completely redoing all common areas, said Ben Hautt, Stream’s project partner.
The 21-year-old tower was vacated in 2001 and has remained empty because of low office space demand in the area. In the last two years, however, demand has picked up and millions of square feet have been filled, Hautt said.
