DALLAS (GlobeSt.com) – Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors Inc. is selling Premier Place, a 21-story office building at 5910 N. Central Expressway.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler will market the property, most likely without a listing price to encourage high bids from institutional investors. The property, which was appraised at $43.3 million, is highly regarded and is considered one of the largest in the N. Central Expressway area, according to local brokers.

One broker said, “It should be one of the highest prices per square foot in that submarket.”

Cornerstone purchased the building three years ago for $55 million. It is 90 percent leased and has more than 60 tenants.
